Ugh. I finally finished this, but I'm afraid I don't like it. There are so many mistakes like Hotaru's eyes (supposed to be round, not oval), Mistress 9's star (only there when she is evil, giving the picture a different aspect than planned), Sailor Saturn was not Super Sailor Saturn until after the Mistress 9 stuff, and I'm not used to drawing adult-ish people in anime so Saturn is all proportional, but Miss9 looks like an inflation artist bit her face. WTFBBQI do like how I did Mistress 9's hair, though. XD
This is the last in the line of gifts I owe people (as far as I remember XD) and sorry it isn't so pretty.

personally, i don't think you see enough Mistress 9 fanart out there... but then, i don't think there's enough human luna, nehelenia, cosmos, pluto, or wicked lady fanart, either. XD

cool pic but how does Hotaru become Mistress 9 cause i haven't seen sailor moon in years & i can't find any clips on how hotaru becomes mistress 9 only clips on sailor chibi moon becoming the wicked lady

Yeah, it has been a while for me too. Hotaru is posessed by Mistress 9 and becomes her later on, if I remember correctly.

The fact that Saturn didn't go super until after Mistress Nine doesn't really matter. It's how the outsider sees the work. I think it shows that Hotaru will always carry a part of Mistress Nine within her. I really like it!

Actually, I think it's very pretty. The lines are clean, the colors are solid, and faces and eyes seem to be pretty proportionate and well-done to me.
