Attempt #god knows how many times I’ve tried to make Kaisae actually look like Mercury.And this is the closest I’ve got so far. ; u ;
Although I still really like this one.
He’s a big blobby blob.
A fierce blobby manlady blob.
Kind of a response of Nova's recent deviation... (since I like to draw those two together/consecutively)

Although I did do one mercury study before this one so I kind of got the idea of it.
(You wouldn't believe how hard it is to find good pictures of mercury!!)

Knowing the toxicity of mercury. I can see it being rare to find and more so in a good photography.
I played with mercury when I was a kid. It was so heavy and fluid. And shiny.

This is so amazing. <3 That look of mercury is really spot on here, your colors are incredible! I love the multiple light sources, the reflections of both orange and blue are incredible.

It is also symbolic as Kaisae is, after all a clone of the sun god... who is just like him but orange. Kaisae is more blueish himself.
