In my pic of Sol and Moon, *sakky-attack mentioned something about her Sailor Astera. How she MIGHT have became a cousin on Sailor Moon. Which, in Otaku/AU, would make Sailor Sol and Sailor Astera cousins or related somehow.

Nope. GIMP and Paint Tool SAI, but mostly SAI. GIMP just helped with transparency and re-size.
