So I had some free time, and decided to try joining one of those OCT, again.
Enters Icy, a girl with hydrokinesis that will kick your ass if you taunt her
A LITTLE ADDITIONAL INFO:
She will only loose temperature when making ice, whether by making it come out of nowhere or when freezing water close to her. If there is ice around, she can control it without problem; tho' it's not like you can find ice in the streets that easily when you don't live in certain countries like Russia
And yes, she can speak English but I still got to find a reason of why she speaks it so fluently BD

es buena, pero es mucho mejor sin toda esa ropa. Aun si le pusieses mucha ropa a un karateka, aun sabe como pelear, pero no podrΓ‘ moverse tan libremente

I don't recall many good examples, but I remember darker than black, where the guys with superpowers have to pay some sort of prize to use them. Some prizes are silly (like baking a cake to use water powers), some are painful (like breaking your fingers). I also remember Cole from the infamous' games, with electrical powers that didn't allow him to touch water or use guns (because the gunpowder would detonate). And, I guess you could mention Dr. Manhattan from the Watchmen comics, because he was so powerful, that he just could think like a normal human being, because his intellect was way up from ours, and he just lost any ability to think with emotions, and could, mostly, use only logic. Whether this examples will satisfy you, I don't know, but it's the only ones that come to my mind right now XD

.....wooe....thats a lot....but you fogot the 0010 twins Plus and Minus from Cyborg 009 who couldunt touch eachother or thay will die but I was thinking more the lines of getting bernt by your own fire or somthing like that....your very smart

the trick is that with power has to come, not only responsibility, but also weakness, so the character feels powerful, yet vulnerable; just like any human
