I love this piece its very dark and demented appearing lol. Although this is bothering me, I cant for the life of me figure out what that image is in the bottom left corner its like a swoosh thing and I cant figure out what it is....

I love the concept behind this. It's really nice. Your colors are really nice, too. They convey the feeling of desolation.
I like the photoomanipulation, too. It doesn't look awkward at all.

You really have a knack for these types of manipulations. I do want to point out a couple of things however. Proportion wise the tree and the boy/demon are not right. The tree should be larger in the scene if you wish to have the boy be that visible. As it is if the boy were to stand up straight his head would be over the lowest branches on the tree. Also the black smear on the lower left of the frame that leads up to the boy really seems lost or un-needed in this picture.

it looks really good.
the only thing is that light (not sure what to call it) leading into the figure, i feel like it's too pronouced almost. i think it would help if it were a bit subtler.

I think of all the ones you posted I like this one best. It has so much emotion behind it and it sends out a powerful message depending on whose looking at it.
It looks like something I'd base a short narrative off of ^_^
