Photoshop CS6
Mouse Pen (something....that i sticked a pen on a mouse...does it work??? yes...is it hard?....definitely)
HOURS TAKEN: 30 mins (no lies...ive been practicing that mouse for 2 years now)
REFERENCE: was a part of that....trailer ._. but there's no traing that's why he looks...errr

I refuse to believe you drew this in 30 minutes, with a mouse, and didn't trace it.

well...i still have a reference but i didn't traced it and yes i used a mouse ~ :3 (if you know how to combine the brush and the pen tool then you won't have any probs...ive been using mouse since I was 7
