BIO:
No one really knows who Rhea exactly is, engelchens or humans that have met her found her to be elusive and mysterious and somehow all knowing.
Some are suspicious that Rhea works for extremely high profile people and that she's a spy as she walks extremely quietly. Though no one has really dared to ask her and even when they did they would come back without an answer suspecting that she has used hypnosis on them. Also strangely enough even though hypnosis is her minor she is seen using it more than her major Air. She is known for speaking vaguely, always alluding to something that the one who asked has to understand/ figure out.
Though others have be seen running desperately away from her but would never speak of what conspired. If a curious soul asks Rhea she would lightly brush them off and say it was nothing...major.

Other facts:
How she walks so softly is by using her air magic to slightly lift her off the ground
she makes the decorations of her wings herself
she likes exploring areas on foot and sometime dresses like the humans to walk around the area with a nifty disguise
sometimes pretends to have clairvoyance and acts as a fortune teller to hear the woes of others, or is it to gain information~

though the original outfit would be what I imagine how her disguise would look like though she would wear contact lens/ wear sunglasses
