My teacher said I could draw individual scenes from the book instead of a full-fledged comic since this assignment already wayyyy overdue (and end of the quarter is like, now, lolcrap).YAH. Expect more o' these to come.
This is the scene where Cosette cries out "OMG" and Jean Valjean suddenly appears and takes the big bucket of water from her. YAY.

those fingers are pretty delicate for man's fingers .. especially fingers of a rough dude that has survived in jail for a few years

Yeah... they looked more, um, "masculine" at first, but I realized I messed up on the hand (the handle was going through his palm) so I redrew it.
