The girl can't see the car, and the car can't see the girl. The rain just makes everything worse for everyone! D:
I don't know why she's in the middle of the road, so don't ask. ;o
Now that I think about it, I don't even know why I drew a car driving inbetween two lanes. x_o

Drawn with Shi Painter. Used reference for the pose and stuff. Probably a lot of shading errors. I tried cell-shading using the pen tool.

Like I said, the rain sorta makes things worse, so here's the pic with no rain included: [link]

And I don't know how the front of a car looks like. So yeah.
