nonononononononono saayy this isn't HAAPPPEENNNINNGGEDIT: Reverted - now the hands don't move any more 'cause it looked rubbish.
So, how come this is the right speed whereas my other emote, which was supposed to be at a similar speed to this, WASN'T?
...though that had a 5ms frame delay and this has 50ms.

I really like this emote. The face is simple but really expressive and i like the moving tongue. The colour is interesting, but works surprisingly well. I would have suggested trying to move the hands a little, but as you've mentioned you've taken the movement out i guess it didn't look right.

Yes, I did attempt hand movement but it just turned out weird. I'll have to give it another go.
