A massive redesign of a really old character that has not shown up on my dA.DL for full size.
Edit: Edited the background and added some reflected light.

Looks really cool! I wouldn't want to run into this guy. He looks like he'd rip off my head...and then eat it. O.o
The one thing I would change is the rain. It doesn't look enough like rain...maybe draw some drops different sizes, and maybe put some haze around his shoulders, where the drops are hitting him.
