i was using photoshop, ugh i still need a Wacom pad. Anyway added the "Cutout" effect on photoshop and i thought it looked pretty cool afterwards so here it is.Related content

This came out amazing the effect you used gave it a nice appocolypes feel to it. I rely love this peace a lot. and
