I re-read Naruto (whole thing,from 1 chapter)on christmas holidays.I didn't draw any naru fanart for years, but I kinda like
Kabuto's new Cobra style x)

Ah, really epic! The slight change in hue from the top to bottom of his cloak really help the viewer not get lost in the folds, which, as many have said, are very eye-catching in their complexity. The motion of them really draws the eye up twards his face, so serene looking XD
I also like how the background patterns mimic the various eyes of influence.... one pattern is orochimaru's eyes, and the other could be a sharingan
I also like how sharp and pointy the kunai is, and how lean his fingers are :3 all around well done.

... Naruto ate away a good 3 years of my life... I stopped liking that series a good 2 years ago, yet somehow you have managed to make me think highly of the series with this piece. Wonderful job as always.

I don't even care that it's Naruto, I just really love the style and design you put together here. The expression and energy of the piece is wonderful.
Though... I have to say, the way his hood is sitting is kind of giving the piece(for blurry eyed people like me) the shape of a penis.
