The LotR one reminds me of the Magic Rat's writing, in which Legolas manages to make his father the first elf to have a heart attack by saying exactly that.

Oh some of these are just so lovely...that lady at the bottom and the couple blushing. Wow, your use of color and ability to portray emotion and clothing is extremely enjoyable to watch! I can't believe these are just sketches to you, some of these really ought to be main pieces, like that whale boy and that intense guy with the chicks in the background. Oh and may I ask who the people are, the one who is sticking flowers in the other's hair? They seem very sweet
