OK, so I just watched the series finale of the Naruto spin off series: Rock Lee and his ninja pals maybe about two days ago and the very ending made me want to cry because it was so sweet

So I decided to draw the final screenshot of that episode. So here we have Team Gai leaving the leaf village for most likely the same training trip Naruto went on with Jiraiya.

I love this team way more than the other teams. Why? Not because of Neji, I will tell you that
It's because I love their relationship with each other. They're like a family (a weird one at that) and I find that they are much closer than the other teams.
Neji being on Team Gai is just an added bonus

Sadly, in this picture, after I drew Lee, I realized I didn't have enough room to fit Gai-sensei in. I found that really disappointing because he is a second father to these kids and Team Gai is not complete without him. But I really loved the progress I had made with Lee and Neji that I didn't want to start over. Gai is supposed to be behind Lee, doing the same thing as Lee. Or rather, Lee is doing the same thing as Gai.
I wish I could've added him, but my paper was too small to fit him

Funny thing, I like how TenTen looks so screwed up. I call it an "anime gag" (or however it's properly called) where the characters look messed up like TenTen does, that was another reason why I wanted to draw this. It's fun to draw them like that.

I really loved this spin off series and I hope they bring it back in the future like they did with Naruto Shippuden.
Hope you like this picture, I do. One more thing, I recommend watching the series. It's funny, weird, ridiculous, and sometimes creepy. But that's what makes it awesome!!
