Hooray for the long lost old school flames. Great work on this piece. That color of gradient is hard to pull off (at least for me).

It is a slippery slope of color. You do a great job with color uniformity and keeping your fractals easy for ocular viewing.
For me, I went for something with a Medditerranean Fresco color scheme, hot spots and all. Of course, I use the smooth palette feature like a fiend and color is my main focus, so I usually spend a lot of time with that.

From the thumb this looks like something you'd see on CSI. Very nice textures going on here and love the gradient
