*This actually has next to nothing to do with Lilliput, though it is G/t.Rules:
Write something worth reading! This is a biggie. I simply will not respond to horrible starting posts. Bad comments later on will receive a warning. (Likely after I ignore it for a few days)
Paragraph form, not script form.
No having an overpowered character!
Nothing fatal.
No swearing. (you can say that they swore, or use something like 'Dang frizzle frazzle phooey to the nth degree,' but don't actually swear. (Also, interwebz cookie to the first person to name where I got that from.))
No fetish related stuff.
No sex. None. I won't RP that.
If you switch, I still want a good starting comment. I will ignore any that just say 'switch'

(Sometimes it's like I read something, but when I read it again, the words change...but I'm not dyslexic at all as far as I know. But nevermind about it. I reread just to see and I was wrong)

Without further complaint, Logan did set him down finally. He stood looking back at the town- he could see the ships approaching clearly now. They were dangerously close. His feelings turned to concern as he worried about the unprotected people all the way back there.

"Thank you," the colonel said once on his feet again. "Well, let's do this now," he said, leading the group of soldiers and Logan towards the shore. "If you really want to run on ahead, you may," he told Logan.

Logan didn't answer as he did so. He started quickly away, the ground shaking quite a bit as he moved quickly, his eyes always in the ground in front if him. People below in the town were scrambling about as the attack was already in motion when Logan got there. Though a new wave of fear seemed to go through them as Logan appeared. Some women ran and led their children inside. The few men left frowned at him.
Logan didn't pay any attention to them for now. He was focused on the enemy that was starting to fire on them. The ships were too close. Logan went down to the water, taking off his shoes and shirt only so he could move easier. He waded into the freezing water, making large waves as he did so. He moved towards the ships, putting himself between them and the coast.

The attackers seemed confused, but they continued their attack anyway, simply going around Logan as best they could. The defending troops had arrived by now and soon an all out brawl was on.

Logan tried to tower as much as he could over the boats, which wasn't too hard. His head was slightly taller than their main sails. He glared at them harshly. "Stop your attack immediately." he said as commandingly as he could, trying to appear like the threatening giant for the sake of helping.
He twisted his face into a mean scowl, which sort of worked, seeing as some of the soldiers on the head ship scrambled away from him that were on deck.
"Leave them alone or I'll be forced to...to attack you." he said, stumbling a bit with the threat.

They hesitated for a moment, but then the enemy ships turned tail and left. As they did so, someone could be heard complaining, "Since when have Argonians had giants on their side?"

Logan watched them go, folding his arms. He hadn't expected it to me that easy, actually...huh.
He shrugged a bit watching as the last of the ships left. He got a bit cock with the win, and couldn't help but add, "That's right. Come back again, and your ships might not make it back! I'm letting you off with a warning this time."
After he'd had his gloat, he turned back for the beach, but stopped.
He didn't want to end up tied again. 'I helped them, that's it. I could just leave now...'

"Well. Thank you," Colonel Tohen said, watching them go with a bit of surprise as well. "And not even one injury to anyone... other than your arrow wound. Come on back to camp; we'll get that fixed up for you."

Logan had almost forgotten the wound. Though when he instinctively reached for it when it was mentioned, it still hurt to touch. He didn't really want to, but figured he might as well. He got his dry shirt and shoes off the beach and waited for the people to clear the beach so he could follow.

However, the beach started to get more crowded as the people came back out of their houses to look up at Logan in wonderment, confused as to why the colonel was talking to him so casually and why he'd helped them.

Feeling self conscious now, Logan put his shirt back on, smiling sheepishly down at the people, waving a bit. "Hi."

There was silince for a moment, and then a cheer went up from the crowd.

Logan's smile broadened and he felt a small bit of pride. "It was nothing, really...no need for that."
Still, it felt nice to be recognized for doing something good. He looked down to Colonel Tohen.

"You did good, kid," the colonel said with a smile. "Now, let's get that wound of yours taken care of."

Logan nodded moving on land carefully to avoid hurting anyone. He stepped over the crowd and sat where it was clear. The movement hurt a bit, but when he actually looked at the wound, it wasn't as bad as it felt. A small hole. Thankfully, he didn't think it hit anything vital.

Someone who looked like a medic approached slowly. "Let me see it," he ordered sternly, though he did seem a bit nervous still.

Logan complied, lifting his shirt partially for the doctor. He folded his legs, wondering how he should sit, exactly.

"Now, how to do this..." the medic mused. He could just reach the wound, but he had to lean over awkwardly. "Maybe you'd better lay down..."

Logan did so, lying flat his legs straight.

"That's better," the medic said with a slight smile. He took a cloth doused in alcohol and cleaned off the wound. He didn't warn Logan that it would probably sting, figuring that if the giant knew, he wouldn't let him.

Logan winced, but tried to keep as still as possible. "Ow." he mumbled, not liking whatever he was putting on him, but figured the other knew what he was doing. He sighed, staring up at the sky as he waited for the medic to finish.

"Did you get the arrowhead out?" the medic asked. "Or is it still in there?"

"Um...I don't know. It still hurts when I touch it. When I pulled out the arrow, I wasn't paying much attention." he answered.

"Right... hold still," the medic ordered, looking in carefully. Glancing over to the soldiers, he asked, "Did any of you notice?" They all shook their heads, including the one who'd shot Logan in the first place.

"I think I also dropped the arrow back there somewhere." he added. "Do you see it? It...went kind of deep..."

"I see something... might be the arrowhead," the medic said with a frown.

Logan frowned, knowing this would hurt. He braced himself. "Just get it over with..." he asked.

"All right... hold still," the medic ordered, spreading the wound. One of the other soldiers helped him, holding it open while the medic stuck his hand into Logan's side. Most of the surrounding people made expressions of being disgusted, and one or two gagged.

Logan felt sick himself. He hated the feeling and just wished the medic would hurry up with it or just leave it in.

It took a moment, but the medic pulled his bloody hand out again, a small metal object clenched in his fist. "Got it," he said calmly, washing his hands off.

Logan shuddered, not looking. "Yeah..."
He propped himself up on his elbows a bit off the ground. "I think I can wrap it myself."

"I was going to sew it shut," the medic said, getting a needle and thread ready.

Logan made a noise, sitting up quickly. "Uph! No, no, that's okay. It's not that bad, it'll heal on it's own...thanks though..."
He honestly hated needles too much. No way.
Some of the smaller kids found it funny he was being a baby about such a tiny needle.

The medic frowned up at him. "It'll heal better if it's not left open like that," he said firmly.

Logan whined a bit, lying back down. "Fine..."

"Don't fret so much," the medic ordered, starting to stitch him up. "It surely won't hurt too badly."

Logan sighed. "I don't like needles..." he said quietly, folding his arms.
He waited until the medic was done stitching up his arrow wound before he sat up, grazing it with his finger. He'd gotten stitched up a lot when he was a kid...from just being a boy and doing dumb things. You'd think he would be used to it by now...
He put his shirt down, eyeing the crowd still whispering and staring at him. He shifted, glancing down to see if the colonel was still around.

"Most people don't," the medic replied, stepping back when he'd finished. "It sure beats an open wound, however."
The colonel was not immediately noticeable, but if he kept looking, Logan would spot him talking to a young woman in the village.

Logan spotted him and decided to wait until he was done talking. "Well...what do you think of me now, then?"

"Do you think my opinion has changed in the few minutes it took for you to get stitched up?" Colonel Tohen asked, raising his eyebrows.

Logan smiled again and shook his head. "No..."

"Then I don't see any reason to restate it," he said firmly.

Logan shrugged with a sigh. "Well, the immediate danger is over..." he started, but trailed off.

"Yes, and?" the colonel asked, clearly waiting for Logan to get to the point of his statement.

"Am I allowed to leave?" he finished unsurely. "I mean, not that I don't like it or anything..."
'But you did kind of hold me captive' he thought to himself, but didn't voice it.

"That depends," Colonel Tohen replied. "Where do you plan to go?"

"...to my home town? To visit my sister, like I said." Logan repeated his earlier explanation.
