*This actually has next to nothing to do with Lilliput, though it is G/t.Rules:
Write something worth reading! This is a biggie. I simply will not respond to horrible starting posts. Bad comments later on will receive a warning. (Likely after I ignore it for a few days)
Paragraph form, not script form.
No having an overpowered character!
Nothing fatal.
No swearing. (you can say that they swore, or use something like 'Dang frizzle frazzle phooey to the nth degree,' but don't actually swear. (Also, interwebz cookie to the first person to name where I got that from.))
No fetish related stuff.
No sex. None. I won't RP that.
If you switch, I still want a good starting comment. I will ignore any that just say 'switch'

Xavier looked hopeful for a moment. But...what if it was the same place he had come from? He'd be caught and killed as soon as he stepped foot into the place...

"Why, what's the matter?" Sargent Cordova snapped. "I thought you didn't like being around all us 'small' people!"

"It's not that!" Xavier snapped back, feeling a little defensive. He sighed, running a hand through his hair. "I'm just...not sure if it's safe. If I return to the place I came from..." He hesitated, before adding in a quiet tone, "I'll be killed."

"I had no idea giants were that bad..." the colonel said softly. "What did you do? We'll not harbor a criminal."

"I'm not a criminal!" He protested, before pausing, realizing that he might seem a little...alarming, to people that much smaller. "I just...saw something I shouldn't have." He murmured in a quieter tone.

"Ah. Well, that's different, then. What part of the giants' territory are you from, anyway?"

I gulped nervously, unsure about what to do. The small, sharp object really didn't feel like it was a knife...or any sort of weapon. But at the same time, I hated being injured, I fainted at the sight of blood half the time, and would rather not black out again. I whimpered, but otherwise didn't do anything, closing my blue eyes and exhaling sharply through my nose in defeat. I was in no condition to fight...no weapons, no fight training, and very little knowledge on how TO fight. Either way, I was no fighter, even if I did know how to fight, despite my frame being muscled, but not too much so to really be noticeable with my shirt on. On my back I had many scars from when I'd been attacked by nothing more than simple thieves with daggers that had cut me when I'd given them what they wanted, another reason I LIKED keeping my shirt on. I could feel that my midnight black hair was poking out all over the place, and I wanted to fix it, my hand twitching before I forced it to remain still. I could fix it later...or not at all, I didn't care right now

"Good," the same voice said. A small weight moved onto your shoulder, and something gripped the collar of your shirt firmly. The tip of the small blade shifted from right under your chin to the side of your neck, though it never left your skin the whole time. "Now, keep your eyes closed and sit up. Slowly. Don't make any other movements," the voice instructed.

I was tempted to nod to show I understood, but then that would be counted as another movement, so I slowly started to sit up, wincing that when I pushed myself up with my arms, my right shoulder popped loudly three times because of an old injury where I'd dislocated it. It was in its right place now, but it popped painfully from time to time if I didn't use that arm at least once every half hour, and I had no idea how long I'd been asleep for

As you sat up, the weight on your shoulder shifted so that it didn't fall, but remained on your shoulder. "Very good," the voice said, sounding pleased. Oddly enough, the voice was right in your ear, but it was soft enough that that wasn't a problem. "Put your hands behind your back," you were instructed, "wrists together."

I mentally rolled my eyes, putting my hands behind my back like I was being arrested, my wrists together since I didn't want any trouble, and I liked to make people happy, even if I didn't understand why they told me what they did or why they were giving me orders to begin with. It's not like I could hurt them...

Quickly, someone tied your hands together with a thin rope, going around enough times that you wouldn't be able to break it. The other end was tied firmly to a nearby tree. "All right... you can open your eyes now." Once you did, you would see why they seemed to nervous: of the dozen or so men standing around you with swords drawn and the two or three with longbows trained on your heart, not one of them stood above a foot high, including the one sitting on your shoulder with his sword against your neck.

When I opened my eyes, I was surprised to see smaller men all around me, and I cringed a bit at seeing how many of them there were, despite their size, because of all the blades they had, and I was also now nervous of the people with longbows, since I hadn't known they were there or that they had their weapons trained on my heart, which was speeding up a bit by now. I fought back a small whimper, fighting the urge to look down toward my lap so I wouldn't be seeing all the tiny blades, remembering how I got the scars on my back currently hidden by my shirt. "W-what do you want from me?" I asked, speaking for the first time in a while

"To make sure you're no threat," the man on your shoulder replied calmly, lowering his own sword at last, though he didn't yet sheathe it. "What are you doing here?"

I sighed. "I...I don't even know anymore...I...I'm lost...please, I don't want to cause any trouble...I just want to go back home..." I said, biting my lip nervously. What if going home wasn't an option? Would I be stuck here?

The man on your shoulder waved to the others, and they put away their swords, though the bowmen didn't lower their weapons. "Where is your home?" he asked you gently.

"I...I live in the United S-States...I..." I whimpered again. "...I live on the coast in a state called California..." I said softly, wanting to be honest with him

"I'm afraid I don't know where that is," he said gently. Sheathing his sword, the small man climbed down to the ground again, gripping your shirt to help him get down without falling.

I sighed. "...so I'm stuck here?" I asked, then watched him climbing down. "Oh, please be careful...if my hands were free, I would've helped you get down...I don't want you to get hurt." I said softly, gently. Even though he'd had a sword pointed at my neck, I didn't want anyone to get injured when there was something I could've done about it

He raised an eyebrow. "You sure are an odd giant... I'm fine, though, don't worry. And I'm afraid that you do seem to be stuck, for now at least..."

I smiled a bit. "Odd I've been called before...but never giant. Back home, there are people taller than me...not by much, but still taller than me. And it's good that you're okay...but I can't help but worry...I mean, I hate seeing people get hurt..."

"You must not have met a lot of humans if you've never been called a giant," he said, sounding amused. "I do believe I like your form of odd a lot better than how we'd worried you'd be, though."

I blinked, confused. "Wait...what do you mean I must not have met a lot of humans?" I asked, frowning a bit

"Well, no one else would call you a giant," he said with a shrug. "Other giants would probably just say that you're normal sized...."

I shook my head. "But...a-all of my friends back home...all of my friends back home are humans...I'm human." I said, whimpering a bit. "I...h-how...?"

"What?" he looked over at you, startled. "You? Human? But... that can't be... humans don't grow to over thirty feet tall..."

"Humans also don't grow to be not even a foot tall." I countered, not a single hint of sharpness in my voice since I didn't want to scare him by snapping at him, but I said that statement rather gently before looking away, shaking my head. "God, what the heck is happening to me?"

"Not even a foot tall?" he repeated, forehead furrowing in confusion. "Okay... I suppose that it does make sense for you to say that... sounds about the right scale if you suddenly got a whole lot taller... how big are you normally?"

"Um..." I thought a moment. "I was five foot seven last time I measured myself...might be five eleven now, though...I dunno, somewhere around there." I said, shrugging. "Wait...so if I'm roughly thirty feet tall to you now, how tall are you?" I asked, looking down at him with interest now

"Thirty feet was a rough guess," he said. "As for how tall I am... Six feet three inches." He sighed. "No clue what happened to make you so tall, though..."

I sighed. "That makes two of us...and one of my friends back home is six feet too...well, give or take a few inches..."

He nodded, going around behind you and drawing his sword again. "Hold still."

"What are you...?" I started to ask, but then thought better of it, staying completely still, unsure what he was going to do

"Just hold still," he said, and a moment later, his sword sliced through your bonds.

I felt the bonds being cut, then relaxed, slowly moving my arms so that my wrists and hands were now resting in my lap, smiling a bit. "...thank you. Oh, hey...um...I don't think I've gotten your name..."

"You're welcome," he said. A few of the others looked a bit concerned at his action, but he waved them away. "Just don't make me regret it, alright? As for names... you go first."

I smiled more, nodding. "Alright. My name is Ethan." I said softly, not moving a muscle from my current position, looking down at the tiny man whom minutes ago was pointing a sword at my neck

"Lieutenant Akerson," he replied, smiling back. "So, Ethan... what shall we do with you now?"

I relaxed myself slightly, glad to know at least one name and face, and when he smiled...he looked friendly. I bit my lip when the question came up, though. "I...I don't know...sir..." I said, looking away a bit. "...not much you can do, really, is there?"

"Well, nothing comes to mind, at least," he admitted with a sigh. "I suppose you could come back to camp with us for the time being, though..."

I looked back at him. "Are you sure that's a good idea? I mean...I wouldn't do anything bad, but...how would others react if they saw me?"

"I think they'd take it well, once they learned that you mean no harm," the lieutenant said with a shrug.

"...and what if they don't?" I asked. "What if they're scared? Or try to hurt me? I mean...added to me not liking people getting hurt...half the time I faint from the sight of blood..."

"Okay..." He frowned, thinking it over. "You got any other suggestions?"

"Then you'd better come with us to our camp. I think a show of trust would be enough to win them over..."

I nodded, smiling softly. "Alright..."

"Do you think it'll work if they see me riding on your shoulder?"
