Extremely realistic.
There's just a few things that don't convince me.
The texture of the backside of the monitors, the display to the right, the texture of the lights on the ceiling and the way the yellow light from right shines on the ceiling panels.

Good play of lights, and material set up for metallic surfaces. IMHO I suggest addition of some randomness to repeated items like the LCD's and chairs as they can never be arranged in perfect align in reality.

hmm maybe some better big screen on the wall makes it prettier. i mean the screen (or board in other word) on the right hand side.
