Make sure Simulate pressure is checked. If that is still not working, make sure your brush tool is on BRUSH not PENCIL. Try to simulate the pressure again. It should work after that.

Not sure why it's not working for you. Honestly can't say why it's not or how to fix it unless I can see what is being done, sadly. Could possibly make sure you have chosen a hard round brush at the Brush tool setting before stroking the path and make sure when the window for the stroke path is up that the in the Tool drop down Brush is selected. That is the only thing left I can think of.

If Sai has the ability to do the same types of line yes. I've not used Sai so I can't say for sure if this will work properly for it. I'm sure you'll find a way to do it with Sai using this as a reference.

After using my wacom for about four years and carrying it with me to three different countries it finally died and left me with the issue of tackling the infamous pen tool. Thank you for making it so much easier, now I only had an evening of frustration instead of a week. This was a great tutorial.

check your layers and make sure there isn't a layer that is masked. Also make sure the right layer is highlighted before you stroke. That may be causing the stroke path to not show up.
If it's not working I don't know what to say. I don't know what you're doing or missing. You might have skipped and step or something or the correct layer isn't being selected. I can't really tell you cause I can't see what your doing wrong.

which version of photoshop you used? I tried it and many other tutorial of ink at photoshop but it didn't work at all.
When I'm pressing "delete path" it's look like I didn't do anything or it make points of color where were the points of the pen tool.

this is photoshop CS. The tutorial should work with all previous version of Photoshop up to Photoshop 5.
You are probably pressing Delete path before you "Stroke Path" You should Stroke Path first before you delete them and it should show up. You should also make sure your Brush tool is at about 5px.

yes you can. I choose black for this tutorial because it's the color that is most used for inking.
