With seconds to go before round 3 begins 21 confidently strategizes her victory. She must know by now that she can't win by strength and speed alone. Yet I sense no giving up in her. I'll have to break her spirit in anyway I can.

21 and 18 are given one final moment of reprieve before the bell rings-

before both fighters rush each other with seemingly the same strategy.

Piccolo: Get ready. Rounds 3 begins now.

Vegeta: I predict this will be the last round.

Piccolo: Who do you think will win?

Vegeta chuckles and crossed his finger under his chin.

Vegeta: Isn't it obvious.
