For minimalism there's alot of detail, though you've also got alot of negative space so it balances out, overall great composition C:

You know, I struggled over what to name it because of the fact that the piece itself isn't minimalism, but it still felt minimal. I made it this way because I really liked the contrast of the black and white. My original intention was to do a photoshop painting using this as the tree, but while I was studying the tree to paint the leaves on it, I became REALLY intrigued by the contrast. So I tweaked it a bit with framing and voila

i'd say the same as "fabiokeiner", absolutely... i didn't realize that it was a fractal render and just wondered why this tree looked so big and so small/"weedish" at the same time... a masterpiece - bravo...
