I guess I’m a soldierFighting for what I love
And they all tell me I’m wasting my time
Because people just can’t make a life like mine
I’ll fight alone
No one will stand with me?
I’ll fly in and surprise my enemies
Because people just can’t see what life is to me
I’ve made my promises
And I’ve made my own bed
And I promise to keep fighting until I am dead
Because people just can’t understand what I do
I guess I’m a soldier
Fighting a war by myself
And they say someone like me, well, I can’t win it
Because people just can’t see why I’m in this.
