So here is Bloom in her Scoutix Form. It is not the best hairstyle but I really do like it. As you can see it is not an exact match to the Eternal Senshi form but I believe that everything came out nice. Of course her colors are light blue and pink with some golden gems. Do not ask for attacks for I have yet to figure those out but I will be sure to add them in once I do. Also do not ask how Scoutix is earned cause that has yet to be determined but feel free to send some ideas.

Scoutix Features

1 It is based off Eternal Sailor Moon. Of course each fairy will have their own style to it but it will still be similar in design.
2 The gloves are similar to Enchantix in length and consist of some sort of arm band and bracelet
3 The boots come up just below the knees and include some sort of band or anklet. The bottom part should be the secondary color while the main part is the primary.
4 Some sort of belt will separate the top and bottom half of the dress
5 A bow will be featured in the back with long thin ribbons coming off
6 A bow of some sort will be featured in the front with some sort of gemstone or charm in the center. (no it doesn't have to be a bow. It can be wings or whatever you wish)
7 The top part of the dress will be similar to the Eternal form. Feel free to choose what style top but make sure to include the bubble sleeves and the neck piece is optional
8 Around the neck will be a choker with a gemstone or symbol in the center
9 The wings are sort of a mix of Enchantix and Harmonix. They will be broken down into 3 parts. The outer wings should be the same design but not the same size. The center wings will be different from the outer. Like using the primary color for the center and a secondary color for the outer. Each section of the wings will be covered in fairy dust (see Enchantix)

Hair

1 If your fairy has long hair then their hair in this form should extend a little above the ankles
2 For short hair extend to either the shoulders or center of back
3 The actual style is completely up to you.
