Here is my entry for this contest. The transformations I picked were Chryssalix and Islandix. I even added the wings on the side so you can see the details.For these transformations, I used Rachel and Abigail. Why did I pick these two?

Rachel fits Chryssalix since she is the Fairy of Gemstones. It was something different for her and for me. So Chryssalix consists of Crystal Armor. Armor is not really something that I'm used to working with, but I love how she came out. To me, it looks like a Tynix power up. When I first started outlining everything, it looked too much like Tynix. I did do some tweaking and this is what came out. I did incorporate a few Tynix details, since it features crystals anyways. I felt like the Tynix crystals added to the armor. The leggings were added in to break up all the crystals. I did shorten her hair a little, but she has short hair anyway. This hairstyle really works for her.

Abigail is the Fairy of Harvest, so Islandix really works for her. This transformation needed a tropical theme and that is what I did. The flower I chose was Hibiscus. Palm leaves were also required, so I have used them for the wings and a trim for the top. I made the leaves on the top a brighter green in order to distinguish them from the wings. When I started working on this design, I completely forgot that I was using Abigail and used a base with the wrong skin tone. It isn't her exact skin tone, but it's the closest I could come without having to outline the entire thing and recoloring. I tried to give this design a bit of a Hawaiian style, to the best of my ability. For this transformation, I figured that shoes weren't exactly needed. It's more like a band that across the foot. Her hair, wrists, and ankles include Hibiscus flowers. I felt as if the bands on her arms fit the theme a little more. After finishing up everything else, I felt like there was something missing. Abigail's main colors are green and tan, which made things work even better. As for the wings, I felt as if they needed to be something simple and the palm leaves fit perfectly. Islandix also required having palm tree leaves, but they had to be their natural color. Hibiscus flowers come in different sorts of colors and I figured that the pink to yellow would work best. This design was also a little inspired by Sophix. For the skirt, I used flower petals and underneath is shorts of sorts. Let's just call it that.
