I'm just hyped I was first to comment on such awesome work!!
Hey, I have a question and im kinda a noob to digital art.
Do you have to download a special computer program to modify pictures like that? I'v heard of photoshop, and lots others, but you can help me out right? Please help!

i used photoshop CS for this i think you can use alot of other programs and get this kind of result though but im not sure, im sort of a noob at digital art aswell ;.
