The colours make this fit in more with your nickname. I like the texture in the background but I think the pixel stretches at the top and bottom are unessesary and aren't that very visually appealing.

The "Phoenix Master" at the top is in a good font but I think your outer glow is a bit too bright, try reducing the opacity of "Outer Glow" (if it IS outer glow, or whatever it is. ) in the "Layer effects" panel.

Good logo.

You should consider using a different font for the statistics, this font doesn't really seem to fit in with the overall theme you've got going in the rest of the image.

In closing, you must think I'm an absolute wierd-o doing an in-depth critique on an ID.
But what the hay, I had fun writing it.

i used to play cs a bit.. from about 1.1 - 1.3... then i stopped for a while.. then i played bf1942 online for a while... then i got cs source and now im playing that from time to time.. out of practice though

Interesting style and texture...the border makes this look like the stamp, while the design itself seems to have an embossed appearence. Minimalistic, but a good ID at that. I used to play a lot of counterstrike in the past as well, but I complete sucked at it. I hardly even touch it now.
