Okay, just a little delay (requested a week and a half ago, drew a crappy drawing first, looked at it earlier this evening, thought 'WTF'? and redrew it), but this turned out pretty good.

I only too creative freedom on two things, really. The shoes--decided on boots--and the dress--the style, specifically. I did kind of layer the three sets of wings, I didn't make them distinct, and I think that turned out nicely.

The character belongs to Hikari Ino.
