Description
Ross's full-power form, all of his Chaos (the red streaks in his hair), Fangire (stained-glass eyes), and Pokemorph (the frickin' Deoxys, duh) abilities coming together into one. Yeah, it's supposed to look a bit like Rikunort.

This would have been an extremely hard picture except for two things. One, I used a reference pic for Deoxys ( [link] ), and two, I got around having to draw hands by having his arms crossed. Hands and I, we don't agree.
