I don't know if I drew too adult outfit for a child but I say..He's a good looking cool dude! O.o!

Yes he is 10$ but careful 10$ much be in my Paypal account so , paypal can have some sort of fee if you know that policy of the commission payment 
Also the other one you bid it«s 10$ too
If it's in 10$ section, he is 10$ don't mind the other prices around these adoptable..I couldn't change one by one what they are truly worth it..so believe the section info.

umm I usually use a PayPal fee calculator that's why I don't say whats the original price in comment, usually fee is always changing somehow...so i do the math at the moment someone wants to get a commission or a adoptable for example ..
