Re-selling them is not allowed but can be given away if you see you don't need them anymore.

(it's simple that way when people just have to buy them at one only price..a bid has to get it's time because there's people that might surpass your value of the bid, or bid would be endless and the Adopt was adopted next year....that wouldn't be very pleased...)
