sonic mouth is kinda more up, we can manage to do same thing if we try with our lips.
if I had to make his mouth on side that would be natural but very awkward.....but we can see Sonic Mouth managing SOMEHOW going one side to a other that makes it even more...strange, going little up it's possible to go there...but no, the nose isn't located in that location where the kiss is located....
