...I love playing with armour designs. I love it so much.Forerunner!MJOLNIR this time around, redesigned from my original concept pretty drastically; a Reclaimer, maybe? I know the glowy stuff does not lend too well to stealth, but this guy probably has active camo.

Definitely more streamlined and cyber-techno than usual, but there really is nothing wrong in that. Of course, I'm also thinking in terms of my own armour Class rating that I have listed in this document [link] (making this Class 5-Omega), but I am familiar with Forerunner armour designation.

If you remember Sparky says the chief should upgrade his suit to at 'least' class-12. Meaning there are classes of armour above the class-12 though to be honest a suit six times more powerful than the standard which is a class-2 would have been very nice to play with in the game.
Actually I think someone described a just suit like this in a fanfic: The End of a War by Mr. Clark on Fanfiction.net.
