A little speculative piece following episode 77.What do I mean little, this damn thing took me eight hours or something stupid like that. But the idea of Sarge!O'Malley is getting me more and more intrigued. For once, he could be genuinely dangerous... or he might just get carried away... who knows but it's gonna be a hard wait to see whether it's happened.

You know... I was thinking that O'Mally either went into Donut or The Baby... but thats my 2 cents.

I'm actually seeing the case for Donut as it's been brought up a few times. But the kid's not got any armour or radio, so how would that work?

As far as OβMalley goes, I was split between believing the obvious candidate (Sarge) and the sneaky choice (Donut). But after watching again I'm voting Donut...
Reasoning behind the Donut theory: There's this ONE shot where the camera is on Sarge talking, and Donut comes up behind him.... it looks like he aims his gun at Sarge and everything!! But the news about Tuckerbite's birth managed to get to Donutβs girly nature and he jumped back in control long enough to get hit by a plane ^_^
I also can't wait to see:
a: How they are going to create a baby-sized elite
or b: What kind of story they'll have to come up with for it NOT being baby-sized
Oh, and about your pict.... I have to agree with the others. Your perspective on this rocks! And his hair... I'm luving it!

I can see the logic behind making it Donut, really, but I just find myself going for the obvious choice... I've seen the 'aiming at Sarge' shot, though, and it could just as easily be aiming at Church. Hard to tell.
Thing is, Donut!O'Malley wouldn't be all that different from Doc!O'Malley. Plus Sarge and Doc are both voiced by the same guy so that makes it a little more practical from that front. But I can understand not wanting to go with the obvious choice.
Heh, maybe I'm just trying not to be proved wrong. *grin*
I suspect it's going to be 'a few months later - oh, look, they grow fast, don't they'? I saw a similar stunt pulled on 'Red Dwarf', which I love, so maybe I'm biased.

You forget that the only reason O'Malley was voiced by the same guy who voices Doc is because O'Malley's voice is just a scarier version of the voice of whoever he possesses. Remember Caboose?
Plus, it wouldn't really be the same. Doc's a pacifist, Donut's girly. Imagine the self arguments! It would be HILARIOUS!
They did I few months later thing between seasons 1 and 2...

Point. And yeah, I remember Caboose, of course. It's just the thing of consistency, we're used to hearing Doc!O'Malley but Caboose!O'Malley didn't have as much to say.
Still, it'll be interesting to see, whatever happens...

It was pretty much the same thing with Ghost Church hopping bodies.His voice was all gruff as Sarge, he spoke spanish as Lopez, and he was all girly and kinda stupid as Donut.

xD I love this. The red eyes are awesome and the perspective on the shotgun makes me jealous like whoa.
Of course, my brother and I think Donut might have gotten "possesed," if he survived the crash, purely because O'Malley has the bad luck of continuely jumping to less intelligent host once he deserts Tex.

Hee, thanks! The perspective on the shotgun was EVIL. I was copying from ep.68 (?) where he's pulling the shotty on Simmons, and it took me about ten goes to get right.
