It's actually from one of his Star Trek reviews. (SF Debris's, that is.)
He was reviewing "The Siege of AR-558", one of the darkest and most depressing episodes of Deep Space Nine; at one point, it gets too much for Chuck (SF Debris's name), so he brings up a picture of Scooter as the leader of a banana republic, demanding his troops bring him the head of Gobo Fraggle. Later on he shows a picture of Keanu Reeves holding a banana to further try and lighten the mood; "I must warn Gobo!"

Fraggles & Star Wars, the coolest things ever. Terrific lighting/rendering job. Man you really got that feeling of carbonite. And the expression is really well done. He's either just said "Hi low Inny Minny Cow Cow to "Princess" Red, or he got a stomach cramp at the moment of freezing.
