A lot of companies from California are moving out here recently because there is no state income tax. My new husband works in the oil and gas field, and got offered a job in Dallas that he couldn't pass up. I love it out here...except the crazy weather, but besides that I like it better than where I was living in CA. San Antonio is great, except it gets a lot more humid there than Dallas.
