It's Leech from the Evil Horde, sporting his boss's mug on his chest. When you take the suction cup out of Leech's mouth, he looks like a green dog. I wonder if that's what they intended.Related content

I have so much irrational love for Leech. No idea why, I never owned his figure and only saw him in an old MotU coloring book I have. I guess suction cups just do it for me...

The old and modern versions of the figure are pretty cool. I never liked him in the She-ra cartoon because they give him... and almost all of the Evil Horde, gigantic lips.

For some reason, this guy kind of reminds me of Leatherface or Killer Croc. But then again, I watched He-Man before I knew any of those. So I guess its the other way around.
