Description
It's Smartass and/or Smartguy from Disney's " Who Framed Roger Rabbit ". Wheezy is my favorite of the weasel bunch or " Toon Patrol " so I'll prolly do him soon. I just have a few Smartass/guy figures so he was easier.I must thank for much of the reference I used.

Somehow, I always seemed to like that guy - probably the comic-element. I seem to like villains that I can laugh at.
Also... must be the one of the first toons in history to be kicked in the "invisible anatomy" to fly to his doom!
