Stupid Weasel is weird. After he tells Judge Doom that Toon Town is on the other side of the wall, he does this " goo-goo " expression. It's mildly creepy. I never noticed it until the other day cuz I was always too busy watching Wheezy dragging on 2 cigarettes.I do like the way Stupid says " Toon Town " though.

I often wonder why Stupid was created other than for the "funnies." And after what you say and rewatching that part of the scene again, I can see why he was created. He's a mentally deranged (or handicapped) man child who helps out other villains with no common sense of right or wrong due to his naive childlike nature. And that alone makes it very creepy. He's like a mammalized version of Baby Huey, except more awesome.
