I remember he had this one line near the end of the film where he announced, "Toon-town's on the other side of the wall [of the Acme-factory warehouse], boss!" in a stupid-sounding baritone (weasel-equivalent of a deep voice, I guess)

He did say twenty minutes into the film: "Uh oh; angry mob, Sarge." Right after which Smart ass commands Psycho to "do what he does best"!

Judge Doom's true dictatorial nature was revealed to toontown by Roger, sending an angry mob to the Weasel Posse...didn't see it? Must have been a deleted scene.

Only deleted scene I know from that movie was when Judge Doom caught Eddie searching Jessica's dressing room for clues (notably, Acme's will) and sent him to toon-town to "deal with him" - by painting a toon pig-head over his own head, so he had to rush home and wash it off with turps!
