Heh, ah Templeton and the fair. I used to watch that movie all the time as kid.
I always wondered how he managed to get back to the farm after that.

Yeah, I guess it's kind of a sad movie. But her daughters carry out her legacy!

Dont asplode poor templeton!
He happens to be my favourite character (in an ambiguous sort of way), partly because rat is my zodiac sign, partly because I'm abit of a Hedonist.
Anyhow, great as always, Phrag!

Yeh, it's quite a tear jerker. It's up there with ET on my list of films that clear out the 'ol tear-ducts.
Speaking of which, I watched that "Marooned" episode of Fraggle Rock the other day. It's up there as one of my favourites, along with "The Minstrels".
Keep up the good work

It's such a jerker that I don't even like to dwell on it for too long.
" Marooned " is absolutely wonderful. I wish I could've watched it when it first aired but we didn't have HBO until '86. I think that episode would have been perfect as the season finale.

I knew Boober and Red had more to them than they usually let on, that's what I like about the episode. The part about the soap bubble was so poignant, too.

I've seen the ending clip "Magic be with you", which I thought was very lovely. Plus I've read synopses of all the eps.
It always got to me that they didn't have an Australian version of doc, I can't remember weather we had the american one or the British one, the DVDs have the american one.

The american one is Doc for me. The british Doc was actually the Captain and he dies and was replaced by his nephews or something. I've never seen any of those episodes though.
Now, " Change of Address", the last episode of FR is one of the most ... perfectly wondrous ... creations ever. I've very rarely come across anyone who's been moved by it like I was. They're out there though.

They will. They will. Just pray that DVDs don't become obsolete what with these HD DVDs & Blue Ray non-such.

Well, I suppose DVD will stay mainstream for at least as long as VHS did. Even when the newer alternatives come out, I imagine DVD will remain the more economical choice.

Yeah. I think too many people would get pissed if they had to buy everything again. I don't think the mindless masses are *that* mindless.

It ocurred to me that, when it happens, they'll probably sell players that can play both normal DVDs and the new stuff.

I was hoping for that. Although, on the HD DVD packages, it says they only play on HD DVD players which makes me think they don't wanna do a combo thing. Who knows though?

Very nice drawing. Templeton was always my favorite character in Charlotte's Web. I just saw the live-action movie a few days ago. I was kinda upset that he didn't get as big as he did in the book or cartoon, but I still love that rat.
