Have I ever mentioned that I like Fraggle Rock?Anyway, with all the current fraggle hoopla, and me having no way to express my fraggle feelings, I opted to draw the Fraggle Five. We've got Gobo, Mokey, Red, Wembley and Boober.

its really hard to say which fraggle reminds you of yourself sometimes because each character has their own flaws that mirror the humongous strength of their positive characteristics. Gobo the self proclaimed leader can become too stuborn and hot headed. Mokeys spiritual maturity and outer worldly connection to the rock can sometimes keep her from facing the reality of the situation. Wembly the fun loving young fraggle who cant make up his mind...and so on...but looking back on it...those traits made those characters so much more human and so much more fun!
if i had to say which fraggle reminds me of myself, it would definatly be a little bit of both mokey and boober. they both tend to counter balance each other...i dont think i can be like red...at least not as envious as she can be.
anyways theres fraggle rock episodes being posted on youtube! go find them!

Of the 5, qualities of all of them are in me but only very little of Red.
I've got all the fraggles on DVD through some form or other. I did see the links to the french ones the other day.

In the cartoon, Wembley does become gorg-sized for a while. Of course, I've seen better things smeared on toilet paper than the way the animated Fraggle Rock turned out.

Gigantisized. The cartoon only lasted one season. It was pretty bad especially after seeing the puppet version.

There's actually quite a debate as to which fraggles swing where. I a firm believer that Gobo & Red are meant to be together.

I like Mokey too. I never got to see this show as a kid because it was on HBO in my area. I only got to see the cartoon. Now that I have the DVD I was able to finally see it.
