As I recall, he does speak one line like " There they go! " or " They're getting away! " that's not her voice. I could be wrong. It's been like... a long time since I've seen the movie.

I recently had the pleasure of watching the movie several times (including audio commentaries and behind-the-scenes tidbits), and I can tell you with absolute certainty that she does play Wheezy.

I know she's credited as his voice and all the coughing & hacking is definitely her. It's just that there's one speaking line that, as I recall, didn't sound like her. I'll get to watch it again soon cuz I ordered the DVD the other day. I haven't seen it in like 10+ years.
