I've never drawn Jojo pale before so... I did. I have this marker called " blond wood " that I usually use on my Jojo pictures because on that kinda famous production image where Jojo is squinting with that little smile, he doesn't come off as pale as he is in the movie. So I was all BLOND WOOD! But, now that I've seen the movie 7 times, I'm learning that Jojo doesn't get much sun.This is weird though. I'm not sure if I'm all Phraggle-watches-Horton-too-much or what but after this latest viewing, at the end, during the song, I was taken slightly aback when I saw Vlad sing a verse. He sang the " crashing through your door " verse and well, I've never noticed it before. Does Vlad ( the vulture ) always sing that line or is there an alternate version of the movie I keep seeing until today? I know this is odd but, I guess my eyes are too full of tears and wanting to see Jojo sing so I may have just not noticed this before. But I swear someone else sang that line. Call me an idiot if you will but umm... yeah. So... woo.

I usually only pay 5 bucks to see it even though by now I could've bought the dvd like... 3 times if it were out. I legitimize it ( other than the fact that I want to see it ) by being able to see it on the big screen while I can.

XD I wish the DVD was out already, even though I have it on my computer *PirateBay lawl* It just makes it more fun to see it in the theaters though 8D Like the part with Jojo's Symphonophone, when I saw it on TV I was all "So...The Emo kid's in the movie, and he's not just a joke?" And then when I saw it in theaters...I think I almost spazed durring that part XD

I've been linked to on-line versions of the movie but, since it's not legal, and I don't like it when people " borrow " my stuff without permission, I'll just wait for the dvd. Plus, it'll still have it's run in the dollar theater I hope.
Emo is such a goofy term for me. I must be too old for it. From what I've seen, Jojo really isn't " emo " anyway. He's a misunderstood artist. I get all emotional when I watch that movie. I can barely listen to the soundtrack because it's so good.

Waiting is pretty much the best option *shrug* I think the only reason why I have it on my computer, is because I wanted to make a video opening with Jojo for some reason O.O
Emo....I'm a teenager and they're are TONS of people I know in my school who are all "lawlz Emo's cut them selves" And then I'm all "Oh God, no...Just because someone cuts them selves, and it's sorta a disorder not a fad so shut up please" *shrug* I've never really been into "lables" for some reason, so I tend to stay away from "fads" *shrugs*
I get so sad when there's that one scene where Horton finds the clover and then it just kinda fades...to Whovillie kinda all destroyed and it's all sad...And I'm like "NOOOO! D;" even though I know it's gonna be alright XD
The soundtrack is amazing 8D

Fads can be quite silly. Some how it's become cool to be... mentally ill or something. To each their own though. I'm just glad high school is long behind me now.
Oh yeah, that damaged Whoville scene is powerful... as is when Horton starts crying when he thinks he's lost the Whos... and when The Mayor tells Jojo he's proud of him right before Jojo yopps. And when Rudy gives Horton the clover & Hortons all teary-eyed and tells the Mayor that he did it. * sobs *. I love that movie.
The soundtrack surprised my in it's goodness. I wish the song was on it but oh well.

Oh the part just before Jojo does his Yop makes me laugh a bit, for some reason it's his face he's all happy for a moment, then he goes all serious I'm all "He means serious buisness!" Rudy was so cute X3
Heh, I remembered a few weeks ago I wanted the soundtrack so much because of track 17...because it has the music where Jojo goes up to observatory and for some reason I fell in love with that music. The ending song XD I love that bit where Horton just bursts into the lyrics XD I laugh everytime I hear the R.E.O. Speedwagon version now XD

Oh yeah. He got hit by the determination bug and got all gymnastic as he climbed to the spire or whatever that top thing is. I like it when he takes a deep breath and his chest expands.
YES! The observatory entry music is wonderful. I'm not for sure, but I think the soundtrack version may have omitted the guitar riffs in that scene though. Ya know, I haven't heard REO's version in a while. I actually prefer " Keep On Loving You " over that song but it fits the movie.

XD That alway's reminds me of when I told my friends at school, I would "love" to be Jojo if we ever did the movie as a school play, then my friend Ashleigh tells me: "Allie, if you WERE Jojo in that play...Durring that scene, you'd probably trip and yell 'JESUS! I TRIPED! Oh God...I just spoke when I wasn't supposed to...damn...' " XD I have a feeling I would yell that though....
Oh, I listen to that bit on the soundtrack...for like an hour until I realize that in iTunes that it says "Play count: 103" I hear the R.E.O. version every once in a while, not too often though. Though, I alway's feel like bursting out into "AND EVEN AS I WANDER!!!" At school all the time now XD

Retro is actually rather stupid when you think about it. It's like people rely on some one else to tell them what's cool. Now they're literally just going decade by decade. When they get to... whatever this decade is called, they're not gonna have much to be trendy about.

Meh, true. I never liked it when girls wore the Hollister jackets and carried the tote bags, or when all these kids shopped at Hot Topic, but after a while, I kinda gave in to those trends (I do, actually like some of Hollister's clothes....and Hot Topic, I just like some of the "goth" clothing they have) But after a while, the fads and trends fade.
And I'm normally the only one left with that type of clothes. It makes me feel special though 8D XD
