So! My first One shot and it's almost crack. Literally this just popped into my head. I don't know why.

(Reader POV)

I walked down the stares into the living room of my house, stumbling here and there. I slowly made my way to the kitchen for breakfast, tuning out the chaos of my roommates.

I live in a huge house with five other people, all males and surprisingly its not all awkward or weird. I'm best friends with all of them but on in particular that I've grown very, very close to.

I entered the kitchen and watched for a moment, the craziness that is this house.

My Norwegian roommate Lukas, was sitting at the kitchen bar with a dark aura around him and his bed head while he sipped his coffee. I decided not to talk to him in the morning.

Tino, my Finnish friend was also drinking coffee but was ready to go to work. He was happily chatting with Berwald, the tall imitating Swedish man in the house. Berwald was just hovering around Tino watching him with a straight face.

Emil, the cute little Icelandic boy. He just a cutie pie! He just sat in the corner avoiding the stare Lukas was embedding into his skin.

Then there was Mathias, my best Danish friend. He was laughing like crazy while eating eggs sitting next to Lukas. Mathis and I are the best of friends. We do everything together. I mean EVERYTHING. We sleep in the same bed (sometimes), share utensils, SHARE TOOTHBRUSHES!!! Just joking.

The other guys know that we are amazing friends but they don't understand how close we are. I mean, if Mathias jumps off a bridge, I go with him.

"Morning guys..." I mumbled as I walked over to the fridge to get milk for cereal. I grabbed the carton and opened the pantry. I grabbed (F/c)and a bowl and walked over to sit on the other side of Lukas.

"Good morning (Y/n)!" Tino called.

"(Y/N)!!" Mathias yelled, eggs falling out of his mouth, landing in his lap.

"Morning moron." I said, a little smirk on my face.

"Damn Dane, don't talk with food in your mouth." Lukas mumbled angrily.

I smiled and yawned again. I poured my cereal and milk and slowly at it, kinda listening to what conversations were happening. Once I finished I let out one more yawn and put my bowl in the sink.

"I'm gonna go take a shower," I began to walk out, "you commin moron?" I asked stretching.

I heard many things happen at once. I heard the sound out someone spewing coffee, the sound of a cup being dropped and Mathias replying with a casual; "Yup."

I turned around in confusion.

Lukas was staring at me with wide eyes, his cup on the ground in pieces. Tino had coffee running down his chin while he stared at me with a bewildered look. Berwald looked surprised but didn't show much more emotion. Iceland was the only one that didn't look surprised at all.

After a long silence I said something. "what's wrong..?"

"I-I didn't know you guys were dating!" Tino exclaimed wiping his chin.

Mathias stood up and walked over to me and I turned to leave with him but not before I replied. "We're not."

I heard another cup hit the ground.

Mathias and I chatted as we entered the bathroom. He shut the door and faced the wall I turned the other way also as we stripped. I started the shower and waited for it to warm up.

"Hey Mathias, why do they think it's weird we do everything together?" I asked.

"Probably cause your a girl and I'm a guy." He said from behind me.

"Hm."

I stuck my hand in the water and realized it was warm. I stepped in and waited for Mathias to get in.

He stepped in and smiled.

I smiled back. "Don't forget the rules!" I said grabbing the shampoo bottle and squirting it into my hand.

"Yeah yeah yeah I know. No looking or touching below the collar bone." He said with a smile.

I reached up and smeared the shampoo into his hair. I worked the soap into his crazy hair, oblivious to him staring at my face the whole time.

When I stopped, only then did I realize it. "What's wrong?" I asked tilting my head to the side. He shook his head, little bits of soap flying everywhere.

"Just admiring how beautiful you are." He said.

"Oh okay." I said rinsing my hand off, then what he had said sent in. "Wait what?!" I said quickly looking back up at him.

He look a step closer. "(Y/n), I know we're best friends and I really hope that this doesn't end badly and you hate me an-" I cut his nervous blabbering off, a heavy blush covering my face.

"I-I like you too!" I blurted out. He stared at me for a moment.

"Uh what I was going to say was I borrowed your toothbrush and dropped it in the toilet." He said scratching the back of his neck.

The cute blush on my face turned into an angered blush and. "W-what?!?!" I screeched, furious. I turned around hiding my face in my hands.

I suddenly felt him wrap his arms around my waist and pull me into him.

"I was just screwing around. I love you (Y/n)."

I looked up out of my hands, that cute embarrassed blush back.

I turned in his grip to look up at him. "Good cause now I can do this." I reached up and pulled his face down to my lips, connecting mine to his.

Best friends do mean everything, don't they.

Tino, Lukas, and Berwald had their ears pressed to the bathroom door, listening carefuly. Emil was just standing behind them.

"Common you guys! They aren't gonna do anything bad-"

"Shhh!" Tino shushed.

"Mathias." They heard from inside the bathroom.

"Yeah?"

"Did you really drop my toothbrush in the toilet?"

"Hehehe what...?"

"You did didn't you."

"N-no!"

"No more showering with me for a week."

"What?!"
