Quanto aos ícones da ob, vai em propriedades da ob e vai no lugar do ícone em si, tipo, quer trocar o ícone do "Eject" daí clica no "+" abre as propriedades dele e nas abas tem uma opção a qual se troca o ícone. Se precisar o caminho certo pode falar vei ...
