There seems to be a bit of misconception with this scene. "Snowfalls" shivering when the ghost of Applejack passes through her is not caused by fear. Anyone who watches ghost adventures would know that the shivering is caused by extreme drop in temperature. A spirit's entity is "super chilled", one could call it.
