Description
oaurghsdfghsdf MISSION COMPLETEMarshtomp with Stantler color palette ([link] ) for 's november contest, wich ends in a few hours!
I had a lot of fun with the coloring process, felt very painterly. Its been a long time since I've done something line-less like this and I'm happy to say that I think i've learned a lot about coloring through this!
Whabam!

Holy crap, that's amazing. I've never liked Marshtomp, their design bugged me, but you made it look AWESOME.

:3 my policy is to draw pokemon in a way that makes them more appealing, but still true to the design. Glad to see it's working!

Now did you layer the colors or something? That's pretty remarkable, it looks as though it's simply a yellow filtered image of blue and orange marshtomps. Wonderfully done!

both of the marshtomp are on one single layer together, with the background layered out. I -loooove- working on one layer, personally, and I did definately luck out when I very seriously looked through my avaliable colors and realised I could blend them apropriately to get an orange tone.
I'm glad the pic is so well liked, thank you for commenting!!

Wow, that's pretty fortuitous. That's basically what I was curious about. I suppose I'm not all that familiar with digital coloring.
