Another submission for 's colaboration project.When I envisioned this pokemon, I imagined that the luminescent glow ought to have an internal source. I kept picturing it like a blown-glass light bulb with an electric living core that was the source of it's power, and I tried to make it seem like it's body itself was like slightly transparent orange glass.
And I'll be honest? I HATE HATE HATE the rotom forms compared to the original little light bulb thingamariger.

I like the base rotom form because it's straight-up adorable! And I get horrible pains in my chest when I look at wash form and remember how many times ive been obliterated by it playing online... Y_Y

Awesome painting job. You also made Rotom actually look like something that would be a ghost mon--there's something somehow creepy about the expression here, and I like it very much.

<3 Thanks! Ill admit I was trying to bring out the electric side of Rotom more than the ghost side, but I'm glad I still managed to do it right aparently!

I did an amazing job with this! I can totally see the effect you were going with with the whole light bulb thing, it really clever. Rotom is one of my all time favorite pokemon thanks to the one I raised in Platinum and you definitely did the little guy justice.
