I remember seeing this in my watch feed, and I liked it. The almost organic way the water blends with the model -- I imagined that if somebody looked at it long enough, this is the kind of shot that could turn into an impressionistic painting right in front of their eyes.
Looking at this now, I especially like your exploitation of refraction. How the water interrupts or plays up the normal anatomy of the subject -- the amputated limbs, the mere insinuation of a spine in the lower back and sternum above the abdomen, the rough pseudo-painterly texture of the skin, and, of course... the cock -- or maybe that's all you, and in that case... congrats.
Personally, because of the heavy utilization of refraction, this shot strikes me as a unique one that I don't think I've seen before in model-underwater-pictures. I didn't add it to my favorites, because, while it is interesting on a technical level, the subjective aspect of the photo doesn't invoke any particular emotional or mental response from me. The composition of the shot seems strange to me as well (if ever there was a suspected breach of Rule of Thirds, here it is), but it works well with the abstracted subject, and therefore really shouldn't be any different.
Boiled down, I guess you could say that I like the technical skill that went into this, I'm rather neutral about the subject matter, and I dislike the arrangement of the shot.
